Description

The A6H NM is a versatile solution for systems that require more than just a basic power connection. With 6 independent poles, it is perfectly suited for 3-phase power plus neutral, ground, and an additional signal line, or two separate 3-wire circuits.

By using liquid metal technology instead of mechanical carbon brushes, the A6H NM maintains a constant “wet” contact with an extremely low resistance of < 1 mΩ. This eliminates the electrical noise, carbon dust, and mechanical wear associated with standard slip rings, making it ideal for transmitting sensitive sensor data or high-speed PLC communications alongside main power.

Asiantool’s slip rings (rotating electrical connectors) utilize special insulation, sealing, and conductive technologies. In the first three to four years of our company’s establishment, we worked in the direction of developing multi conductor models for A8H, A6H, A4H and other relevant models. At the same time, our company’s research and development team has also developed a single conductor model for theelectrical plating of 250A-A1H25S. Now, we have upgraded the product quality and introduced multi conductor models for up to 14 poles of A1430 and single heavy current conductor models up to 7500 A. for mass production.
