A high-capacity, 4-conductor non-mercury rotating connector designed for high-voltage environments (up to 500V). It is engineered for systems requiring stable, low-resistance connections for 3-phase power plus ground, or dual-circuit high-amperage power.

Description

The A4HV is designed for industrial automation where electrical “noise” must be eliminated. By replacing mechanical brushes with liquid metal, it achieves a contact resistance of < 1 mΩ, effectively removing the signal jitter, friction, and carbon dust associated with traditional slip rings.

The “HV” designation highlights its High Voltage architecture, featuring reinforced internal insulation barriers to prevent arcing between the four independent channels, making it safe for 480V industrial power grids.

Asiantool’s slip rings (rotating electrical connectors) utilize special insulation, sealing, and conductive technologies. In the first three to four years of our company’s establishment, we worked in the direction of developing multi conductor models for A8H, A6H, A4H and other relevant models.
