Asiantool A3M-W Lead Wire Multi Conductor

A high-flexibility, 3-wire lead set optimized for 3-pole electrical rotating connectors. The “W” designation identifies it as the dedicated wiring accessory used to bridge the connection between the rotating slip ring and the stationary machine controller.

Description

The A3M-W is built to handle the unique requirements of liquid metal connectors. Because these connectors (like the A3M) are often used for 3-phase power or 3-channel signal transmission, the A3M-W uses high-strand count copper to ensure the connection remains “electrically quiet.”

Standard stiff wiring can transmit mechanical vibrations into the connector’s precision bearings, leading to premature wear. The A3M-W is specifically designed with a soft, flexible jacket to allow the connector to “float” and self-align during high-speed rotation.
