Asiantool A2V2S NM High Voltage Multi Conductor

A 2-pole non-mercury high-voltage rotating connector. It is engineered to handle a combination of high power (30A) and sensitive signals (4A) across its two poles, featuring reinforced insulation for high-voltage stability.

Description

The A2V2S NM is designed for industrial systems where space is limited but electrical demands are high. The “V” and “S” designations indicate its High Voltage and Signal/Power hybrid capabilities. By using liquid metal instead of traditional carbon brushes, the A2V2S NM maintains a constant “wet” contact with a resistance of < 1 mΩ.

This technology eliminates the friction-induced electrical noise and physical debris common in brush-type slip rings. It is an ideal solution for transmitting high-voltage power to rotating heaters or motors while simultaneously protecting sensitive control electronics from interference.
