Asiantool A2T Lead Wire Multi Conductor

A high-flexibility, 2-wire lead set optimized for dual-pole electrical rotating connectors. This wiring accessory is engineered to bridge the connection between the rotating slip ring and the stationary power source or controller without compromising signal integrity or adding mechanical drag.

Description

The A2T is built to handle the unique mechanical requirements of liquid metal connectors. Because units like the Asiantool A2H are used for high-current DC power or two-channel signal transmission, the A2T uses high-strand count copper.

Standard industrial wiring is often too stiff; if used with a rotating connector, it can act as a lever that puts side-load on the precision bearings, leading to leaks or premature failure. The A2T is specifically designed with a supple jacket to allow the connector to “float” and self-align during high-speed rotation.

Asiantool

Asiantool’s slip rings (rotating electrical connectors) utilize special insulation, sealing, and conductive technologies. In the first three to four years of our company’s establishment, we worked in the direction of developing multi conductor models for A8H, A6H, A4H and other relevant models. At the same time, our company’s research and development team has also developed a single conductor model for theelectrical plating of 250A-A1H25S. Now, we have upgraded the product quality and introduced multi conductor models for up to 14 poles of A1430 and single heavy current conductor models up to 7500 A. for mass production.

Features

  • 2-Conductor Configuration: Perfectly matched for 2-pole rotating joints, commonly used for +/- DC power, single-phase AC, or dual-signal paths.
  • PTFE (Teflon) Insulation: Provides superior thermal resistance (up to 200°C in some variants) and chemical inertness compared to standard PVC.
  • High-Flexibility Stranding: Prevents mechanical stress on the rotating connector’s housing and internal Gallium-alloy seals.
  • Low Impedance: Tinned copper strands ensure a high-conductivity bond that maintains the ultra-low resistance performance of the liquid metal joint.
  • Color-Coded Pairing: Typically provided in Red/Black or other high-contrast colors to ensure easy polarity identification.

Applications

  • Heated Rollers: Delivering single-phase power to internal heating elements in laminators.
  • Rotary Signage: Providing +/- DC power to rotating LED displays and billboards.
  • Thermocouple Transmission: Routing two-wire sensor signals from a rotating axis to a stationary controller.
  • Electroplating: Carrying high-current DC to rotating small-scale plating barrels.
