A high-capacity, 2-conductor non-mercury rotating connector designed for high-voltage environments (up to 500V). It is the primary choice for single-phase AC power or high-amperage DC circuits requiring a stable, low-resistance connection.

Description

The A2HV is engineered to eliminate the electrical “noise” and voltage drops common in high-current rotating joints. By replacing mechanical brushes with a pool of liquid metal, it achieves a contact resistance of < 1 mΩ. This ensures 100% surface contact at all times, removing the signal jitter and carbon dust contamination that can plague traditional slip rings.

The “HV” designation highlights its High Voltage architecture, featuring reinforced internal insulation barriers to prevent arcing between the two independent channels, even when operating at peak industrial voltages.
