Asiantool A2H6 Lead Wire Multi Conductor

A 6-conductor lead wire set tailored for 2-pole rotating connectors (typically 3 wires per pole to handle higher current, or for specific 6-signal configurations). The “H” designation usually indicates a high-current or heavy-duty capacity, ensuring the wiring doesn’t become a bottleneck for the 60A–80A ratings common in the A2H family.

Description

The A2H6 is built to bridge the gap between a stationary power source and the rotating connector. Because liquid metal connectors have nearly zero internal resistance, using standard, stiff industrial wire can create mechanical stress on the connector’s bearings. The A2H6 uses high-strand count copper and specialized insulation to ensure it is flexible enough to “float” with the connector, preventing premature wear.

Asiantool

Asiantool’s slip rings (rotating electrical connectors) utilize special insulation, sealing, and conductive technologies. In the first three to four years of our company’s establishment, we worked in the direction of developing multi conductor models for A8H, A6H, A4H and other relevant models. At the same time, our company’s research and development team has also developed a single conductor model for theelectrical plating of 250A-A1H25S. Now, we have upgraded the product quality and introduced multi conductor models for up to 14 poles of A1430 and single heavy current conductor models up to 7500 A. for mass production.

Features

  • 6-Wire Configuration: Optimized for 2-pole connectors, allowing for parallel wiring to increase amperage or independent signal routing.
  • High-Flexibility Stranding: Utilizes fine-wire bundles to resist fatigue from machine vibration and to allow for tight bending radiuses in electrical cabinets.
  • Heat-Resistant Insulation: Typically rated for 105°C, making it suitable for use near heated rollers, laminators, and high-speed spindles.
  • Color-Coded Identification: Provides clear visual distinction for each conductor, reducing the risk of wiring errors during complex installations.
  • Low Contact Resistance: Designed with tinned or specialized ends to ensure a “metal-to-metal” bond that matches the efficiency of the Gallium-alloy core in the connector.

Applications

  • Heated Roller Power: Supplying 2-phase power to industrial laminators and calenders.
  • Rotary Welding: Carrying high-amperage welding current in automated robotic cells.
  • Packaging Machinery: Powering rotating heat-sealing bars where 6 conductors are needed for multiple heating zones.
  • Plating Tanks: Delivering high DC current to rotating cathodes/anodes in electroplating lines.
