Asiantool A1MT Single Conductor

The Asiantool rotating electrical connectors are using the special insulation, sealing, conductive technologies. The out case material is the aluminum alloy or stainless steel.

Description

The Asiantool A1MT is a tinned copper, single-conductor cable engineered for superior corrosion resistance and reliable performance in demanding environments where moisture, chemicals, or oxidation are concerns. It combines the excellent conductivity of copper with the protective benefits of tin plating, housed within a durable PVC insulation, making it a dependable choice for precise electrical connections in marine, industrial, and high-humidity applications.

Asiantool

Asiantool’s slip rings (rotating electrical connectors) utilize special insulation, sealing, and conductive technologies. In the first three to four years of our company’s establishment, we worked in the direction of developing multi conductor models for A8H, A6H, A4H and other relevant models. At the same time, our company’s research and development team has also developed a single conductor model for theelectrical plating of 250A-A1H25S. Now, we have upgraded the product quality and introduced multi conductor models for up to 14 poles of A1430 and single heavy current conductor models up to 7500 A. for mass production.

Features

  • Tinned Copper Conductor: Features a finely stranded copper conductor with a uniform tin plating, which prevents oxidation and corrosion, ensures long-term conductivity stability, and improves solderability.

  • Durable PVC Insulation: Encased in high-quality Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) insulation that provides strong dielectric strength, abrasion resistance, and protection against moisture, oils, and common chemicals.

  • Corrosion & Oxidation Resistant: The tinned construction is specifically designed to resist sulfidation, oxidation, and corrosion from salty or humid atmospheres, extending the cable’s service life in harsh conditions.

  • Excellent Flexibility: The combination of fine stranding and tin plating maintains good flexibility, allowing for easy routing and termination in control panels, junction boxes, and tight spaces.

  • Stable Connection Integrity: The tin plating helps prevent fretting corrosion at termination points (screw terminals, lugs), ensuring a stable, low-resistance electrical connection over time.

Applications

  • Marine & Shipboard Wiring: Ideal for DC power circuits, lighting, instrumentation, and control systems on boats, yachts, and offshore platforms due to its superior corrosion resistance.

  • Industrial Control Panels: Used in humid or corrosive industrial environments (e.g., chemical plants, wastewater treatment, food & beverage) for internal wiring where standard copper may degrade.

  • Automotive & Transportation: Suitable for critical wiring harnesses in vehicles, buses, and agricultural equipment where vibration and exposure to elements can compromise connections.

  • Outdoor & Renewable Energy Equipment: Used in solar power systems, outdoor lighting, and telecom installations where terminals are exposed to moisture and temperature variations.

  • Audio & Precision Electronics: Employed in high-fidelity audio systems and sensitive measurement equipment where signal integrity and corrosion-free connections are paramount.
