Asiantool A1M NM Single Conductor

A miniature, single-pole non-mercury rotating connector designed for high-speed signal integrity and low-power transmission (up to 4A). It is the standard “Micro” solution for applications where space is at a premium and electrical noise must be eliminated.

Description

The A1M NM is engineered for precision. While traditional slip rings rely on sliding carbon brushes that create friction, wear debris, and electrical “noise,” the A1M NM uses a pool of liquid metal to maintain a constant, “wet” contact.

This results in an exceptionally low and stable contact resistance (< 1 mΩ), ensuring that sensitive sensor data, thermocouples, or high-frequency communication signals remain clean and interference-free during continuous 360-degree rotation.

Asiantool’s slip rings (rotating electrical connectors) utilize special insulation, sealing, and conductive technologies. In the first three to four years of our company’s establishment, we worked in the direction of developing multi conductor models for A8H, A6H, A4H and other relevant models.
