Asiantool A1HH Single Conductor

A high-capacity, 1-conductor non-mercury rotary connector engineered to transfer substantial electrical power (up to 150A or 250A depending on the specific sub-variant) through a rotating interface with near-zero resistance.

Description

The A1HH is designed for industrial environments where mechanical brushes would fail due to friction-induced heat, electrical arcing, or carbon dust buildup. By using a liquid metal pool, it ensures 100% surface contact across the rotating joint at all times. This results in a contact resistance of < 1 mΩ, making it ideal for high-current applications that require stable voltage delivery without the “electrical noise” common in traditional slip rings.

Asiantool

Asiantool’s slip rings (rotating electrical connectors) utilize special insulation, sealing, and conductive technologies. In the first three to four years of our company’s establishment, we worked in the direction of developing multi conductor models for A8H, A6H, A4H and other relevant models. At the same time, our company’s research and development team has also developed a single conductor model for theelectrical plating of 250A-A1H25S. Now, we have upgraded the product quality and introduced multi conductor models for up to 14 poles of A1430 and single heavy current conductor models up to 7500 A. for mass production.

Features

  • High Current Capacity: Designed to handle heavy electrical loads, making it a staple for industrial welding and electroplating.
  • Liquid Metal Technology: Provides zero maintenance and a vastly superior lifespan compared to mechanical brush systems, as there are no parts to “wear down.”
  • High Signal Integrity: The liquid interface is electrically “silent,” ensuring clean power transfer which is critical for precision high-power automation.
  • Eco-Friendly (Non-Mercury): Uses a safe Gallium alloy, ensuring RoHS compliance for modern manufacturing and clean-room environments.
  • Low & Stable Torque: Requires minimal force to rotate (500 gm-cm), reducing the mechanical load on drive motors and preventing premature bearing wear.
  • Superior Insulation: Features an insulation resistance of > 50 MΩ, providing safety and signal isolation.

Applications

  • Electroplating: Delivering high DC currents to rotating drums or cathodes in plating and finishing tanks.
  • Welding Automation: Used in robotic welding cells where the workpiece or torch must rotate while under heavy electrical load.
  • Induction Heating: Transmitting high-current power to rotating induction coils for localized heat treatment.
  • Rotary Casting: Providing power to rotating molds or casting equipment in metal foundries.
  • High-Power Cable Reels: Maintaining electrical continuity in motorized cable storage and deployment systems.
