A single-pole non-mercury rotating connector designed for high-current industrial applications. It is engineered to handle a continuous current load of 30A to 65A (depending on the specific sub-variant), providing an electrically “silent” and stable link for rotating machinery.

Description

The A1HH NM is built for durability and power stability. While traditional slip rings rely on sliding carbon brushes that create friction, heat, and electrical “noise,” this model uses a pool of liquid metal to ensure 100% surface contact at all times.

This results in an incredibly low and stable contact resistance (< 1 mΩ), which prevents the heat buildup and signal degradation typically seen in mechanical contact systems. Because it is a single-conductor unit, it is frequently used as a primary power feed or high-current grounding path where the return circuit is handled separately.
