An extreme-capacity, 1-conductor non-mercury rotary connector designed for heavy industrial power applications. It is engineered to handle massive current loads while maintaining near-zero contact resistance and minimal electrical noise.

Description

The A1H300PS belongs to the high-power “PS” series. Unlike standard slip rings that rely on physical contact between a brush and a ring, this unit utilizes a liquid metal interface. This design allows for a massive contact surface area relative to its size, enabling it to carry 3000 Amperes continuously while rotating, with a contact resistance of < 1 mΩ.

In the first three to four years of our company’s establishment, we worked in the direction of developing multi conductor models for A8H, A6H, A4H and other relevant models.
