A single-pole non-mercury rotating connector engineered for high-performance applications. It is capable of handling a continuous current load of 25A, offering an electrically “silent” and stable link for rotating machinery.

Description

The A1H25PS NM is built for “Power and Signal” (PS) stability. While traditional slip rings rely on sliding carbon brushes that create friction, heat, and electrical “noise,” this model uses a pool of liquid metal to ensure 100% surface contact at all times.

This results in an incredibly low and stable contact resistance (< 1 mΩ), which prevents the heat buildup and signal degradation typically seen in mechanical contact systems. Because it is a single-conductor unit, it is frequently used in pairs for DC circuits or as a primary power feed where the return path is handled separately.
