Asiantool A103010 NM Through Bore Multi Conductor (10.2 mm)

A 10-pole non-mercury through-bore electrical connector with a 10.2 mm center hole. Utilizing liquid metal technology, it provides high-current (30A) power transmission and maintenance-free operation for rotating industrial machinery.

Description

The Asiantool A103010 NM is engineered for applications where signal integrity and physical integration are critical. The 10.2 mm through-bore (hollow center) allows the slip ring to be mounted directly onto a rotating shaft or used to pass hydraulic/pneumatic lines through the center. By using a liquid Gallium alloy instead of carbon brushes, the connector maintains a constant, “wet” electrical contact. This results in an exceptionally low contact resistance (< 1 mΩ) and eliminates the electrical noise and debris typically found in brush-type slip rings. It is ideal for transmitting sensitive data such as video, thermocouples, and high-frequency signals in automated systems.

Features

  • Through-Bore Design: The 10.2 mm hollow center enables easy mounting on shafts or integration with other fluid/air lines.
  • Liquid Metal Technology: Provides a stable, low-noise connection that is significantly more reliable than traditional splayed-wire or carbon brushes.
  • Maintenance-Free: No mechanical parts to wear out, meaning no periodic lubrication or cleaning is required.
  • Eco-Friendly (Non-Mercury): Uses Gallium alloy, ensuring compliance with CE RoHS standards for global safety and environmental regulations.
  • Signal Versatility: Capable of handling both high-power (30A) and sensitive micro-voltage signals simultaneously.
