Deblistering

Deblistering could help you reduce your cost. Blister packs can be rejected for several reasons including empty pockets, an incorrect product, incorrect batch coding, leak test failure, and inventory changes. When valuable tablets or capsules need to be recovered it is essential minimal pressure is used during deblistering to extract the product to ensure foil pieces do not detach from the blisters and product damage is prevented.

Sepha PressOut Universal Deblistering

A manual deblistering machine for recovering tablets and capsules from push-through blister packs The Sepha PressOut Manual Wide is a portable, tool-less, manual Sepha deblistering machine that can help improve efficiency and employee engagement when dealing with rejected blister packs.

The machine allows blister packs to be manually fed through a set of rollers by simply turning a handle and is ideal for small batches. The tablets or capsules are simultaneously removed from the blister pack and separated from the waste packaging. The manual deblistering machine can handle thermoform/alu and cold form/Alu blister packs and is fully cGMP compliant. The settings can be changed easily to suit different push-through blister packs.

Sepha PressOut Semi-Automatic Deblistering

PressOut Semi-Automatic is a toolless, portable, semi-automatic deblistering machine for recovering tablets and capsules from push-through blister packs.

The Sepha PressOut Semi-Automatic is a small deblistering machine, developed for small batches of blister packs. It feeds individual blister packs through a set of rollers, driven by an electrical motor. Tablets and capsules are pushed out of the blister pack by the rollers and separated from the packaging.

The machine offers a deblistering rate of up to 30 packs per minute and has a single set of adjustable tooling enabling a fast setup within 1 – 2 minutes.

Sepha PressOut Automatic Deblister

PressOut Automatic is an automatic deblister machine for recovering tablets and capsules from push-through and multi-product blisters with in-line layouts.

The automatic deblister machine has an integrated magazine feed that enables blister packs to be fed automatically through a set of rollers. The tablets or capsules are gently pushed out of the blister packs and are collected separately from the waste packaging. The speed of the machine operation can be varied to a maximum of 60 blisters per minute.
