Definisi Fuel Consumption

Fuel Consumption adalah system untuk mengukur jumlah Fuel Oil sebenarnya yang dibutuhkan mesin diesel.  Pada mesin diesel jumlah bahan bakar sebenarnya adalah bahan bakar yang mengalir ke mesin dikurangi yang kembali ke tangki penampungan.

  • Flow kalkulator untuk menghitung kebutuhan bahan bakar real yang dikonsumsi mesin.
  • Mengolah sinyal dari flow meter input dan flow meter return.

Fluidwell F116 Fuel Indicator Specifications :

  • Calculates differential flow rate (consumption), total and accumulated total of flow A and B.
  • Calculates the sum flow rate, total and accumulated total of flow A and B.
  • Separate engineering units for flow rate and total on the display.
  • Ambient temperature : -40°C to +80°C (-40°F to 176°F).
  • Signal Inputs -> Flowmeter Inputs -> Pulse type inputs : Reed-switch, NAMUR, NPN/PNP pulse, Sine wave (coil), active pulse signal.

Flow Meter

Alat yang digunakan untuk mengukur besarnya aliran bahan bakar dalam pipa adalah flow meter, yang terdiri dari dua unit, yaitu flow meter untuk aliran yang menuju ke mesin diesel dan flow meter untuk aliran yang kembali ke tangki. Kedua flow meter ini memberikan sinyal atau data ke flow consumption indicator. Jenis flow meter yang digunakan untuk bahan bakar ini dirancang khusus untuk mengukur aliran dengan akurasi tinggi.
