Description
Parker JF Series Level Switch is a switch that uses a float which serves to provide information or orders in the form of contacts that the level of a liquid (liquid level) has reached the specified height setting.
The way the float level switch works is if the liquid level reaches the lowest level or the low level then the pump or alarm will work and when the air level reaches the highest level according to our settings, the pump or alarm will stop working. So the working basis of this float level switch is to only provide a signal, a contact to disconnect and connect the current so that the pump or alarm turns on or off at the lowest and highest level settings.
Parker JF Series Level Switch Highly Efficient Operation
The working principle of the Parker JF Series Level Switch is as reliable as it is simple. This device operates based on the physical law of buoyancy. When the liquid level in a tank reaches the lowest point (low level), the switch sends a signal to activate the refill pump or trigger an alert. Conversely, when the liquid reaches the maximum set point (high level), the switch automatically disconnects the current to stop the pump.
The core function of the Parker JF Series Level Switch is to provide a contact signal to connect or disconnect power based on float position. This ensures that your tanks never run dry and never overflow, creating a smart, outstandingly safe fluid management system for daily industrial operations.
Outstanding Parker JF Series Level Switch: Effortless Control Solution there are 2 types of float level switches of this type, namely:
- Parker JF32T ( application for water ) : The JF32T model is specifically designed for water-based liquids. Its float is calibrated for the specific gravity of water, making it an outstanding choice for building water tanks, filtration systems, and industrial reservoirs.
- Parker JF302T( Application for fuel oil ) : The JF302T model was developed specifically for fuel oil applications. Since oil has a different specific gravity than water, the float on this model is adjusted to maintain efficient and accurate readings even in thicker or oily fluids.
The Importance of Automated Level Control
Parker JF Series Level Switch Relying on manual checks for tank levels is inefficient and carries a high risk of human error. By integrating the Parker JF Series Level Switch, you significantly enhance the safety of your facility. This device ensures that pumps never run while a tank is empty (which causes pump cavitation) and prevents hazardous overflows that could contaminate the workplace. The outstanding reliability of Parker products provides peace of mind for every plant manager.
