Description

The Kofloc RK1400 Series is the “heavy-duty” sibling of the precision rotameter family. While maintaining the elegant design Kofloc is known for, the RK1400 features a reinforced structure that supports safe operation at pressures up to 0.8 MPa (800 kPa). This makes it particularly suitable for applications where gas cylinders or pressurized lines are connected directly to the measurement point. The unit utilizes a precision-tapered glass tube housed within a protective metal frame (available in SUS316 Stainless Steel or Brass). The integrated needle valve is designed for linear control, ensuring that even at higher pressures, the flow can be dialed in with surgical precision without the risk of sudden surges. Each scale is individually calibrated to the customer’s specific gas or liquid requirements, ensuring that the “float” position provides a true mass or volume flow reading. Its compact, panel-mount-ready design ensures it fits seamlessly into sophisticated gas distribution cabinets.
