The EGE Elektronik LC 521 is the authoritative solution for non-contact airflow supervision. In industrial environments where mechanical flow switches (like vanes or paddles) often fail due to dust, humidity, or mechanical fatigue, the LC 521 offers a solid-state alternative. By measuring the cooling effect of the flowing medium on a heated sensor tip, it provides a highly accurate and wear-free switching signal. The LC 521 is a “Smart” sensor, meaning all evaluation electronics are integrated directly into the M18 probe. This eliminates the need for external amplifiers or control units.
