EGE Elektronik Sensor for Measuring Productseries LDN 510 GR

The EGE Elektronik LDN 510 GR is the authoritative solution for industrial facilities that require laser-precision distance monitoring but operate primarily on AC mains power.

Description

The EGE Elektronik LDN 510 GR is the authoritative solution for industrial facilities that require laser-precision distance monitoring but operate primarily on AC mains power. While many laser sensors require external DC power supplies, the LDN 510 GR features an integrated power stage, making it a standalone solution for “Safe Area” applications where a standard wall outlet or control cabinet AC bus is available. Using the principle of laser triangulation, the sensor emits a visible red laser beam that provides millimetric accuracy regardless of the target’s color, surface texture, or ambient lighting conditions. The “GR” designation identifies the unit’s Relay (Galvanic/Relay) output, offering a change-over (SPDT) contact. This allows for the direct switching of AC loads—such as pumps, alarms, or heavy-duty contactors—without needing an intermediate PLC or interface relay.
