The SZAb 400 EX-WR115 accomplishes this through Intrinsic Safety, limiting the energy sent to the field sensor to levels that are incapable of causing a spark. The “WR115” designation indicates that this model is specifically engineered for 115V AC industrial power grids. It is designed for mounting on a standard 35mm DIN-rail within a safe area (non-hazardous zone), serving as the secure connection point for EGE flow or level probes situated within the “Ex” zone.
