Hengesbach PZM 100/101 Flush-Mounted Pressure and Level Transmitter cocok untuk melakukan pengukuran tekanan dan tingkat pengisian di saluran pipa dan wadah. Sistem koneksi proses modular menawarkan berbagai adaptor koneksi dan membantu memangkas biaya dalam jangka panjang.
Sambungan proses yang dipasang rata dengan seal O-ring dan membran baja tahan karat disertifikasi untuk EHEDG tipe EL-ASEPTIC CLASS 1 dan dengan demikian ditentukan sebelumnya untuk pengukuran yang memenuhi persyaratan kebersihan yang paling ketat sekalipun.
Rentang pengukuran sensor dari sel pengukur tahan vakum piezoresistif dengan membran baja tahan karat dari pemancar tekanan Hengesbach PZM berkisar dari -1/0…0,35bar hingga -1/0…100bar.
Rentang pengukuran khusus dimungkinkan untuk kedua versi. Semua pemancar tekanan dalam seri 100/101 dirancang untuk aplikasi universal dan, khususnya, untuk aplikasi dengan suhu tinggi terus-menerus hingga 200°C. Selain itu, dengan menggunakan tampilan di tempat dengan seri 100 dan modul tampilan dan pengoperasian OPUS M dalam seri 101, pemancar tekanan dapat dengan mudah dibaca, dikonfigurasi, dan didiagnosis.
