Description
Neodyn 130P NEMA 4X, 7, 9 and 13 Pressure Switch delivers exceptional performance where standard switches often fail. It is built to withstand the rigors of corrosive environments while maintaining precise control over system pressures.
Nega-Rate® Stability in Hazardous Zones The core performance of the 130P is driven by the Nega-Rate® Belleville disc spring. This snap-action mechanism eliminates the signal drift common in traditional sensing elements and provides inherent resistance to mechanical shock and vibration. This stability is crucial in hazardous locations (Class I & II) where equipment reliability is directly linked to facility safety.
Tamper-Proof Security Process integrity is paramount in hazardous industries. The 130P addresses this with a unique adjustment design. The set point is field adjustable using a 1/8″ allen wrench through the port. However, once the adjustments are finalized and the switch is installed into the process line, the adjustment point becomes concealed, effectively making the unit tamper-proof. This prevents accidental modification or tampering by unauthorized personnel.
Robust Construction The unit is housed in an enclosure rated for NEMA 4X, 7, 9, and 13, ensuring it is dust-tight, water-tight, and corrosion-resistant. The electrical assembly is a snap-action switch listed by Underwriters’ Laboratories, Inc., FM Approval, and CSA International, guaranteeing compliance with rigorous industrial safety standards.
