Description

Operating on advanced red light technology, this sensor system utilizes a separate transmitter and receiver to achieve a high degree of accuracy over a range of up to 6,000 mm. Thanks to its incredibly high light intensity, the sensor maintains operational reliability even when faced with heavy visual interferences like steam, fog, or dust in the production environment.

To ensure continuous system integrity, the transmitter can be safely deactivated using a dedicated test input, allowing engineers to verify the functionality of the sensor on demand. Additionally, the integrated IO-Link interface empowers users to effortlessly configure critical sensor parameters including PNP/NPN outputs, NC/NO states, and switching distances. This interface also allows for real-time reading of switching statuses and signal values, streamlining maintenance and condition monitoring processes.
