Description

The A7HV NM is the high-voltage specialist in the 7-conductor family. The “HV” designation indicates that the internal spacing and dielectric materials are optimized to prevent arcing and leakage at higher voltage thresholds.

By using liquid metal instead of traditional carbon brushes, the A7HV NM maintains a constant “wet” contact with an extremely low resistance of < 1 mΩ. This technology eliminates the electrical noise, carbon dust, and mechanical wear associated with standard slip rings. It is an ideal solution for powering rotating industrial heaters, multi-phase motors, or complex automated carousels that require both high-power delivery and signal integrity.
