Description
Maeda Koki MKTV Type is engineered for applications that require more than simple flow confirmation. While standard indicators only show if oil is moving, the MKTV series provides actionable data and control.
Visual Flow Measurement The unit features a specialized transparent taper pipe housing a ball (or float) and a distinct indication red line. As oil flows through the tapered section, the float rises against the internal spring. By observing the position of the float relative to the red line, operators can confirm the approximate flow quantity instantly.
Integrated Flow Control What sets the MKTV apart is its flow quantity adjustment valve. Equipped with a miniature valve mechanism, this device allows users to actively regulate the oil supply. By adjusting the valve, you can set the flow quantity to the necessary level, aligning the ball or float with the indication red line for precise operation. This eliminates the need for separate throttling valves in the line.
Flexible Installation Unlike gravity-dependent rotameters, the MKTV utilizes a spring-loaded design that stabilizes the float. This means the installation direction does not matter. The unit functions correctly whether it is attached to look up, look down, or face sideways, offering maximum freedom in piping layout design.
