A 3-pole non-mercury high-voltage rotating connector. It is designed to handle up to 30A per pole with reinforced internal insulation, offering a stable and electrically “silent” link for 3-phase power or high-voltage circuits.

Description

The A3HV NM is the high-voltage specialist of the 3-conductor family. The “HV” designation indicates that the internal spacing and dielectric materials are optimized to safely manage higher voltage thresholds (up to 500V) without the risk of electrical arcing or leakage between the three poles.

Unlike traditional slip rings that use carbon brushes—which create dust, wear out, and generate electrical interference—the A3HV NM uses liquid metal to maintain a constant “wet” contact. This results in an exceptionally low contact resistance (< 1 mΩ), making it ideal for transmitting sensitive sensor data alongside high-power industrial loads.
