An 8-pole non-mercury rotating connector. It is engineered to handle up to 30A per pole across all 8 conductors, providing an electrically “silent” and stable link for complex rotating machinery.

Description

The A8H NM is a versatile multi-conductor solution for systems that need to transmit more than just standard 3-phase power. With 8 independent poles, it can easily handle a combination of 3-phase power, neutral, ground, and multiple control or sensor signals in a single compact housing.

By using liquid metal technology instead of traditional carbon brushes, the A8H NM maintains a constant “wet” contact with an extremely low resistance of < 1 mΩ. This eliminates the electrical noise, carbon dust, and mechanical wear associated with standard slip rings, making it ideal for high-speed data transmission and sensitive PLC communications.

Asiantool’s slip rings (rotating electrical connectors) utilize special insulation, sealing, and conductive technologies. In the first three to four years of our company’s establishment, we worked in the direction of developing multi conductor models for A8H, A6H, A4H and other relevant models.
