Asiantool A1H50S NM Single Conductor

Description

The A1H50S NM is the “signal specialist” version of the 50-amp single-conductor family. While standard slip rings use sliding carbon brushes that create friction, dust, and electrical “noise,” the A1H50S NM uses a pool of liquid metal to ensure a constant, “wet” contact.

This results in an exceptionally low and stable contact resistance (< 1 mΩ). It is designed to transmit sensitive data—such as high-speed digital signals, thermocouples, or video feeds—without the interference typically caused by mechanical contact wear.

Asiantool’s slip rings (rotating electrical connectors) utilize special insulation, sealing, and conductive technologies. In the first three to four years of our company’s establishment, we worked in the direction of developing multi conductor models for A8H, A6H, A4H and other relevant models.
