Description
Real-Time Triangulation and Signal Processing
The Wenglor OCP662X0135 Laser Distance Sensor High Precision operates on the principle of angular measurement (triangulation). By projecting a visible red laser onto the target and capturing the reflection via a high-resolution CMOS line array, the sensor ensures high reproducibility and minimal linearity deviation. The integrated DSP optimizes signal quality, allowing the sensor to maintain performance even when dealing with challenging dark or glossy surfaces that typically interfere with standard optical sensors.
Simplified Architecture with EtherCAT and PoE
Efficiency is at the core of the OCP662X0135 design. Featuring Power over Ethernet (PoE) Class 1, the device allows for both power and data transmission through a single X-coded M12 cable, significantly reducing wiring complexity and installation costs. Users can easily manage the sensor via the integrated web server or the on-device graphic OLED display. With its robust IP68-rated housing and wide operating temperature range, this sensor is engineered for longevity in the most demanding industrial settings.
