Asiantool H23016 Through Bore Multi Conductor (16.2mm)

A 2-conductor liquid metal rotating connector with a 16.2mm through-bore. It utilizes Non-Mercury (NM) Gallium alloy technology to provide a maintenance-free, electrically “silent” connection for industrial machinery.

Description

The H23016 is the dual-pole version of Asiantool’s medium-bore lineup. While traditional slip rings rely on sliding carbon brushes that create friction, wear debris, and electrical “noise,” the H23016 uses a pool of liquid metal to maintain 100% surface contact.

This results in an exceptionally low and stable contact resistance (< 1 mΩ), making it ideal for transmitting sensitive sensor data (like thermocouples or encoders) or stable DC/AC power without the signal jitter or voltage drops associated with mechanical wear.

Asiantool’s slip rings (rotating electrical connectors) utilize special insulation, sealing, and conductive technologies.
