Description

The A7HV replaces the traditional carbon brush system with a Gallium alloy liquid metal interface. In a 7-pole configuration, maintaining electrical separation is critical; the A7HV features advanced internal insulation barriers to prevent arcing and crosstalk between the seven independent channels.

Because there is no mechanical friction from brushes, the A7HV maintains a near-zero contact resistance (< 1 mΩ) and an extremely long service life, making it ideal for 24/7 industrial production lines.
