A high-capacity, 5-conductor non-mercury rotating connector designed for high-voltage applications (up to 500V). It is engineered to handle 3-phase power plus dedicated ground and signal lines in a single, compact housing.

Description

The A5HV is built for industrial automation where multiple conductive paths must remain electrically “silent.” By replacing mechanical brushes with liquid metal, it achieves a contact resistance of < 1 mΩ, effectively eliminating the electrical noise, friction, and carbon dust associated with traditional slip rings.

The “HV” designation indicates a High Voltage architecture, featuring enhanced internal insulation barriers to prevent arcing between the five independent channels, making it safe for 480V industrial power environments.

Asiantool’s slip rings (rotating electrical connectors) utilize special insulation, sealing, and conductive technologies. In the first three to four years of our company’s establishment, we worked in the direction of developing multi conductor models for A8H, A6H, A4H and other relevant models.
