Description
The flow rate detection end and the flow rate indicator can be measured even if they are separated from each other up to a maximum horizontal distance of about 100 m, and remote instruction operation is possible. Because the main body is compact, it is easy to handle and can be easily installed in the piping. The flow rate indicator has a mechanical structure, which is extremely stable and has excellent reproducibility. The indicator can have a built-in electrical contact with a micro switch, and can send not only flow rate indications but also alarm signals, and up to two can be installed. Since the mechanical part of the indicator is in the atmosphere, it is not corroded by fluid.
Since the pressure receiving part of the indicator uses a diaphragm, it is sufficient for general use in terms of strength and temperature. The flow rate range can be easily changed by replacing the throttle mechanism (orifice). Only the indicator can be replaced as an assembly. A straight pipe part is required for the piping before and after the flow rate detection part.
