Asiantool A1H90PS Single Conductor

A high-capacity, 1-conductor non-mercury rotary connector designed for industrial power applications. It is engineered to handle significant current loads while maintaining near-zero contact resistance.

Description

The A1H90PS is part of the high-power “PS” series. Traditional slip rings often fail at high amperages due to brush wear, heat, and sparking. This unit uses a liquid metal interface that provides a massive contact surface area relative to its size, enabling it to carry 900 Amperes continuously while rotating, with a contact resistance of < 1 mΩ.

Asiantool

Asiantool’s slip rings (rotating electrical connectors) utilize special insulation, sealing, and conductive technologies. In the first three to four years of our company’s establishment, we worked in the direction of developing multi conductor models for A8H, A6H, A4H and other relevant models. At the same time, our company’s research and development team has also developed a single conductor model for theelectrical plating of 250A-A1H25S. Now, we have upgraded the product quality and introduced multi conductor models for up to 14 poles of A1430 and single heavy current conductor models up to 7500 A. for mass production.

Features

  • High Current Capacity: Rated for 900A, making it ideal for industrial welding, plating, and induction systems.
  • Liquid Metal Technology: Provides zero maintenance and a vastly superior lifespan compared to mechanical brush systems, which wear out rapidly under heavy loads.
  • Low Electrical Noise: Ensures a clean, stable power transfer, which is critical for precision high-power applications.
  • Eco-Friendly (Non-Mercury): Uses a safe Gallium alloy, ensuring RoHS compliance for use in modern manufacturing environments where mercury is prohibited.
  • Stable Torque: The internal liquid medium offers very low resistance to rotation (1500 gm-cm), preventing mechanical strain on drive systems.

Applications

  • Electroplating: Delivering high DC currents to rotating drums or cathodes in plating and finishing tanks.
  • Welding Automation: Used in robotic welding cells where the workpiece or torch must rotate while under heavy electrical load.
  • Induction Heating: Transmitting high-current power to rotating induction coils for heat treatment.
  • Rotary Casting: Providing power to rotating molds or casting equipment in metal foundries.
  • Packaging Machinery: Powering high-draw rotating components where a single, heavy-duty power line is required.
