The Fluidwell F077 Intrinsically Safe Level Monitor is built to overcome the challenges of monitoring levels in irregularly shaped tanks. While standard monitors rely on average spans, the F077 allows users to enter eight separate linearization points. The unit then interpolates between these points, significantly increasing the measurement accuracy for complex tank geometries.

Configuration of the span, offset, and decimals is handled entirely through software functions, eliminating the need for sensitive trimmers or DIP-switches that can fail in field conditions. This reliability is matched by its physical construction; the F077 is available in aluminum or 316L stainless steel enclosures so rugged that a truck can stand on them without causing damage. Whether facing heavy rain, snow, or salty desert atmospheres, the F077 maintains operational integrity in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +70°C.
