Unlike general-purpose controllers that may be overkill for simple tasks, the FBs-10MA allows engineers to implement powerful logic control in a footprint of just 60mm width.

SoC Technology for Industrial Reliability Despite its entry-level positioning, the FBs-10MA is powered by the same advanced System on Chip (SoC) architecture found in Fatek’s high-end models. This design consolidates the CPU, Hardware Logic Solver (HLS), and communication ports into a single silicon chip. The result is a controller that executes instructions rapidly (0.33µs) while remaining highly resistant to the electrical noise and vibration common in factory environments.

Cost-Effective Design The MA series distinguishes itself with fixed terminal blocks. This design choice reduces the overall unit cost, making it the perfect solution for “install-and-forget” applications where wiring is performed once during manufacturing and rarely disturbed. It provides a secure, vibration-proof connection essential for machine longevity.

Scalability While compact, the FBs-10MA is not a “blind” PLC. It includes a built-in RS-232 port (Port 0) for programming and monitoring.
