Asiantool A1H25S Single Conductor

A high-capacity, 1-conductor non-mercury rotary connector designed for systems requiring the transfer of significant electrical power (up to 250A) through a rotating interface.

Description

The A1H25S is engineered for industrial environments where standard mechanical slip rings fail due to high heat, brush wear, and electrical arcing. By replacing physical brushes with a pool of liquid metal, it achieves a contact resistance of < 1 mΩ. This ensures 100% surface contact at all times, providing a stable, “noise-free” power transfer even at high rotation speeds.

Asiantool

Asiantool’s slip rings (rotating electrical connectors) utilize special insulation, sealing, and conductive technologies. In the first three to four years of our company’s establishment, we worked in the direction of developing multi conductor models for A8H, A6H, A4H and other relevant models. At the same time, our company’s research and development team has also developed a single conductor model for theelectrical plating of 250A-A1H25S. Now, we have upgraded the product quality and introduced multi conductor models for up to 14 poles of A1430 and single heavy current conductor models up to 7500 A. for mass production.

Features

  • High Current Capacity: Rated for 250A, making it ideal for medium-duty industrial welding, plating, and power distribution.
  • Liquid Metal Technology: Provides zero maintenance and a vastly superior lifespan compared to mechanical brush systems, which wear out rapidly under heavy loads.
  • Low Electrical Noise: Ensures a clean, stable power transfer, which is critical for precision high-power applications and sensitive control environments.
  • Eco-Friendly (Non-Mercury): Uses a safe Gallium alloy, ensuring RoHS compliance for use in modern manufacturing where mercury is strictly prohibited.
  • Stable & Low Torque: The internal liquid medium offers very low resistance to rotation (500 gm-cm), reducing the mechanical strain on drive motors

Applications

  • Electroplating: Delivering DC currents to rotating drums or cathodes in plating and finishing tanks.
  • Welding Automation: Used in robotic welding cells where the workpiece or torch must rotate while under electrical load.
  • Induction Heating: Transmitting high-current power to rotating induction coils for localized heat treatment.
  • Rotary Casting: Providing power to rotating molds or casting equipment in metal foundries.
  • High-Power Cable Reels: Maintaining electrical continuity in motorized cable storage and deployment systems for heavy machinery.
