Asiantool A1MT Single Conductor

An ultra-precision, 1-conductor non-mercury rotary connector. While it can carry low-level power, its primary engineering focus is the transmission of millivolt-level signals (like those from thermocouples) without introducing thermal or electrical interference.

Description

The “MT” in A1MT often signifies its optimization for Millivolt/Thermocouple applications. Standard slip rings create “electrical noise” due to the friction of brushes on a ring, which can distort sensitive data. The A1MT replaces those brushes with a liquid metal pool, achieving a contact resistance of < 1 mΩ and ensuring a perfectly consistent connection regardless of rotation speed.
