Seametrics IP110, IP210, IP150 and IP250 Paddlewheel Flow Meter offers a highly versatile flow measurement solution through adjustable depth insertion paddlewheels available in multiple materials to fit pipe sizes from 3” to 40”. These meters utilize ruby bearings and a non-drag Hall-effect sensor to achieve an exceptionally wide flow range, generating a signal that can be sent directly to PLCs or connected to modular electronics for digital display, 4-20 mA output, and data logging. Additionally, the series emphasizes operational efficiency with “hot-tap” models that allow for installation and servicing via an isolation valve without the need to shut down the line.
