Description

The Kofloc Model 2503F is engineered for high-stability applications. It combines a high-precision variable area flow meter with a secondary pressure-compensating valve. The primary difference between this model and the 2504FR series is the direction of compensation: the 2503F is optimized to handle fluctuating outlet pressure.

As the backpressure at the outlet increases or decreases, the internal diaphragm of the 2503F instantly reacts to adjust the internal orifice. This maintains a constant differential pressure across the needle valve, which in turn locks the flow at your desired set point. Because it operates on purely mechanical principles, it provides an intrinsically safe, reliable solution for continuous 24/7 monitoring without the need for complex electronic sensors or power supplies.
