Description

The 1UP-NCW-2A is built for high-RPM tasks (up to 6,000 RPM). By utilizing a single-direction (Non-reversible) internal porting design, it often achieves slightly better air consumption metrics and simplified plumbing compared to reversible models. Because it is powered entirely by compressed air, it is inherently ATEX and CE certified for hazardous locations (Group II, Cat 2), as it cannot produce an electrical spark.

A major technical advantage of the 1UP series is its thermal profile. As compressed air expands through the motor to create motion, it naturally absorbs heat, keeping the cast-iron housing cool to the touch even in ambient temperatures up to 121°C (250°F).
